About the role
The Purchasing Analyst will support the GBS Americas shared services centre by managing the end‑to‑end procurement process. You will create purchase orders, keep transactional purchasing data up to date, and act as a liaison between internal teams and external suppliers.
Key responsibilities
- Create and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate transactional purchasing records.
- Facilitate communication and coordination with GBS P2P, Procurement, local business colleagues, and external suppliers.
- Support stakeholders in resolving procurement‑related queries.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Procurement or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, finance or accounting roles.
- Experience working with local clients and suppliers in the supported country.
- English proficiency at B2 level.
- Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. in a hybrid model.
Required skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
