Quality Analyst (QA Tester) – Onsite in Bogotá

About the role

Electronic Arts is looking for a Quality Analyst (QA Tester) to join its Bogotá studio. The role focuses on ensuring high‑quality gaming experiences by executing test cases, reporting defects, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams. You will work onsite and report to the Quality Verification Leadership Team.

Key responsibilities

• Execute scripted test cases and perform exploratory testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug‑tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers, designers and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Analyze test results, provide insights and suggest process improvements.
• Communicate progress, challenges and recommendations across teams and time zones.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in QA testing or a similar role.
• Experience with process documentation and test case management.
• Familiarity with bug‑tracking software such as Jira or JaaS.
• Understanding of software and/or game development life cycles.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
