Quality Improvement Consultant – Clinical Quality & Outcomes

About the role

The QUEST Consultant acts as a strategic leader driving clinical quality improvement, preventive care, disease management, and outcomes optimization across the healthcare enterprise. This role partners with clinical, operational, and technology teams to implement evidence‑based practices and advance data‑driven care transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support quality improvement initiatives in preventive care, screening compliance, and chronic disease management.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on quality metrics, clinical outcomes, utilization trends, and performance indicators.
• Identify care gaps and develop actionable improvement strategies aligned with organizational priorities.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to increase preventive screening rates and close care gaps.
• Partner with disease‑management programs to develop pathways, evaluate effectiveness, and recommend optimizations.
• Utilize clinical data, dashboards, registries, and reporting tools to generate insights and recommendations.
• Work with informatics and technology teams to enhance quality reporting, decision support, and workflow optimization.
• Serve as advisor to clinical leaders and operational teams, facilitating meetings, presentations, and workgroups.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (field not specified).
• Experience in clinical quality improvement, preventive care, or disease‑management programs.
• Ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and develop improvement strategies.
