About the role
TaskUs is seeking a Quality Manager to champion operational excellence across its outsourced digital services. You will act as the owner of quality delivery, ensuring that program metrics and service level requirements are consistently met while driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure delivery of quality KPIs for aligned campaigns and lines of business.
- Monitor day‑to‑day activities and performance of Quality teams.
- Provide actionable insights to clients and internal operations based on audit observations.
- Lead quality audits, report findings, and recommend corrective actions.
- Drive and manage improvement initiatives using root‑cause analysis or client requirements.
- Propose and implement new systems, policies, and processes for continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Proactive champion of operational excellence and consistency.
- Consultant‑style collaborator with stakeholders and mentor for team members.
- Owner of quality delivery for assigned teams and campaigns.
