About the role
Blacksmith Agency is looking for a full‑cycle Recruiter to build an elite, fast‑moving team across Sales, Design, Development and Strategy. You will act as a brand ambassador and talent scout, owning the hiring process from intake to offer.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment cycle from leadership intake call to final offer.
- Source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond.
- Provide candidates with a seamless, respectful Blacksmith experience.
- Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
- Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full‑time talent for rapid hiring.
- Keep a clean, data‑driven pipeline in the ATS and keep hiring managers informed.
Required profile
- 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting, preferably in a tech, digital or creative agency.
- High accountability mindset without need for micromanagement.
- Global perspective comfortable with multiple time zones and cultures.
- Strong ATS skills and love for streamlined, automated workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
