Recruiting Manager (Remote)

About the role

As a Recruiting Manager at BairesDev, you will lead the functional side of Talent Acquisition, shaping hiring strategies for a global, fully remote team. You will work closely with area managers to keep processes aligned with business needs while fostering a high‑performing culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and guide a team of leaders within the Talent Acquisition function.
• Create and implement new hiring strategies and initiatives that enhance employee well‑being.
• Collaborate with other area managers to ensure Talent Acquisition processes stay current and effective.
• Monitor and manage KPIs, metrics, and salary settings for the recruitment team.
• Analyze recruitment data to assess and continuously improve staffing processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operational leaders.
• Background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting (desirable).
• Hands‑on management style with a proactive approach.
• Advanced level of English.
