Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support our hiring and onboarding processes in a fast‑moving startup environment. You will act as the local point of contact for People Operations, ensuring a smooth, well‑documented experience for candidates and new employees.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Generate offer letters, initiate background checks, and manage data entry in HR systems such as Rippling.
• Maintain and update candidate trackers with accurate, timely information.
• Identify gaps in recruiting processes and propose improvements.
• Set up new hires in HR, payroll, and system‑access tools; assist with onboarding planning.
• Manage employee records and support off‑boarding activities.
• Organize team activities, events, and global participation initiatives.
• Prepare internal communications for new hires, birthdays, and other milestones.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or related administrative roles.
• Hands‑on experience sourcing candidates, not just screening inbound applications.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments and building processes.
• Fluent or near‑native English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using HR systems, preferably Rippling.
• Working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
