Reddit Growth Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Reddit Growth Specialist to join our fast‑scaling creator management agency. You will own the Reddit presence for multiple top‑tier creators, building authentic communities, driving engagement, and generating revenue through strategic posting and outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily health checks on each creator’s Reddit accounts, monitoring post status, engagement metrics, and compliance with platform rules.
• Execute a structured posting schedule per creator, delivering multiple staggered posts that match the right content to the right subreddits.
• Engage with comments and direct messages on live posts to encourage profile visits and conversions.
• Research, curate, and continuously refresh community lists, swapping under‑performing subreddits for high‑converting ones.
• Reach out to subreddit moderators to build relationships and secure moderator status where needed.
• Manage account warm‑up phases methodically to build credibility before scaling activity.

Required profile

• Proven track record managing Reddit accounts with measurable growth and traffic.
• Meticulous understanding of Reddit community guidelines, posting cadence, and content restrictions.
• Strong community‑research abilities and the knack for matching content to the right audience.
• Native‑level written English for authentic titles, outreach messages, and first‑person copy.
• Experience handling multiple accounts safely, either on personal setups or with our infrastructure.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Reddit platform mechanics and moderation policies.
