Regional Project Manager – Hub Operations (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Regional Project Manager to lead our Hub Operations across Latin America. The role will oversee project governance, resource planning, and operational execution to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of the Project Management Hub, coordinating multiple regional projects.
• Develop and implement standardized project management methodologies, governance frameworks and best practices.
• Monitor project portfolios, timelines, budgets, resource allocation and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Operations, Client Services, Finance, Media and Capability.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions to drive operational excellence.
• Manage project risks, dependencies and issues, creating mitigation plans.
• Create and maintain project dashboards, KPIs, operational reports and executive presentations.
• Oversee capacity planning and resource utilization across the Hub.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance and procedures.
• Support change‑management initiatives and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Act as primary point of contact for operational escalations and stakeholder communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Operations or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Operations or regional/shared‑service operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills.
• Experience working in multicultural and regional environments.
• Project management certification (PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus.
