Regional Sales Manager – Andean Region

About the role

IN Groupe is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial strategy and drive revenue growth across the Andean region. You will head a team of Key Account Managers, expand strategic opportunities, and close complex technology deals with government and enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Key Account Management team.
• Identify and develop strategic accounts in government and regulated industries.
• Manage the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to deal closure.
• Negotiate and close large, complex technology contracts.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with key stakeholders.
• Drive market expansion and forge strategic partnerships.

Required profile

• 15‑20+ years of experience in technology or software sales.
• 5‑8+ years leading commercial teams (KAM/Account Managers).
• Proven success selling to government or public‑sector clients.
• Track record of closing large, complex technology deals.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
