Regional Training Coordinator (Retail)

About the role

A regional role based in Bogotá (Plaza Claro) for a Retail Manager (Training) who drives electronic device sell-out across points of sale in Latin America. You will design and build the L&D strategy from scratch, manage country-level training operations across LATAM and lead in-field performance enablement for retail teams. The position is full-time, 100% in-office Monday to Friday, with occasional LATAM travel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage country-level training plans and track quantitative reach and qualitative performance targets online and offline using the LMS, aligned with global business goals.
• Gather country-specific needs with Global Strategy and Regional teams, adapt localized product training materials and build educational programs from the ground up.
• Lead region-wide initiatives such as skills certifications, upskilling workshops, partner sales enablement and recognition/reward systems.
• Coordinate weekly regional meetings, evaluate target achievement across country teams and share summary reports with Regional and Global Directors.
• Run quarterly in-field assessments at points of sale, gather competitive intelligence and identify training gaps during major product launches.

Required profile

• 5+ years in Training Management, L&D or Instructional Design in retail, consumer electronics or technology.
• Experience managing multi-country L&D initiatives or working with regional LATAM teams.
• Advanced English (C1) for global executive reporting.
• Valid passport and availability for occasional international travel across Latin America.
• Based in Bogotá or willing to relocate, with full availability for 100% in-office work at Plaza Claro.
