Reliability Analyst

About the role

Turia GBS is seeking a Reliability Analyst to ensure the optimal performance of plant equipment. In this position you will support operational continuity by executing and monitoring maintenance routines, analysing technical data, and assisting in failure investigations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Register, validate, and keep equipment information up‑to‑date in the CMMS (FIIX).
• Gather technical documentation to support failure analysis.
• Generate operational reports and develop reliability indicators such as MTBF, MTTR and equipment unavailability.
• Document and cost spare parts used in maintenance.
• Create purchase requests and assist with quotation and purchasing processes for spare parts.
• Maintain databases for purchases, energy consumption and maintenance activities.
• Standardise documentation in FIIX according to defined guidelines.
• Support the implementation and update of new maintenance routines.
• Provide administrative follow‑up on action plans derived from failure analysis and prepare executive reports.

Required profile

• Mechanical Engineer or Electromechanical Engineer degree.
• Fluent conversational English (B2+ or C1).
• At least one year of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance (desirable).

Required skills

• CMMS (FIIX) proficiency.
