Remote Account Manager – SaaS & Marketing

About the role

OneLocal is looking for a customer‑centric Account Manager to join its fully remote team. You will own the success of a high‑volume portfolio of local businesses, helping them grow their digital presence while driving revenue for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 100+ SMB clients, ensuring high net retention and satisfaction.
• Lead regular strategic business reviews to showcase ROI and align solutions with client goals.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Implementation Specialists, and Marketing Strategists for seamless service delivery.
• Identify churn risks or technical obstacles early and proactively resolve them.
• Champion the OneLocal platform, encouraging clients to become long‑term brand advocates.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as a Client Success Manager or Account Manager in SaaS, a marketing agency, or a tech startup.
• Proven ability to handle a high volume of SMB accounts.
• Strong customer‑first mindset and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Adaptable, self‑driven, and comfortable questioning the status quo.
• Professional, organized, and trustworthy.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
