Remote Appointment Setter for Digital Marketing Agency

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join a fast‑growing digital marketing agency. You will work remotely, contacting cold and warm leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to introduce agency services and set sales appointments.
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and SMS to nurture them through the funnel.
• Qualify prospects by asking relevant questions to match agency offerings.
• Maintain detailed interaction records in the CRM system.
• Report daily metrics such as calls made, appointments set, and conversion rates.
• Confirm and remind leads of scheduled meetings to reduce no‑shows.
• Proactively fill the calendar during slower periods.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or lead generation.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding appointment‑setting targets.
• Basic understanding of SEO and experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage high‑volume outreach while maintaining attention to detail.
