Remote Appointment Setter – Sales Experience

About the role
We are a U.S.-based health insurance agency looking for a motivated Remote Appointment Setter. You will qualify inbound and outbound leads, assess eligibility, and schedule appointments for our licensed agents.
Key responsibilities
- Qualify leads based on income, household size, and ACA eligibility criteria.
- Identify Qualifying Life Events (QLEs) and pre‑screen prospects for ACA and private PPO options.
- Book appointments with a focus on low no‑show rates.
- Handle objections professionally and follow up via text campaigns and email.
- Maintain accurate records and notes in the CRM system.
Required profile
- Advanced/Fluent English with a neutral or light accent.
- Strong, confident communication style suitable for U.S. customers.
- Experience working with U.S. clients or in a call‑center environment.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven.
- Quiet workspace and stable internet connection.

- CRM software proficiency
