Remote Associate Consultant – International Business Development

About the role

We are seeking a remote Associate Consultant to join Xtrategy’s international business development team. The role supports a variety of projects that help corporations and institutions expand into new markets, attract foreign investment, and build strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders and manage client relationships across Latin America, the United States and multilateral institutions.
• Conduct market, industry and business‑development research, analysing both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Identify bidding and procurement opportunities and support proposal drafting.
• Prepare reports, presentations and other strategic materials for clients.
• Assist in structuring and reviewing client‑facing documents and proposals.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and research abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in international business, economics or a related field.
• Interest in foreign investment, corporate expansion, internationalization or business development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Required skills

• Salesforce (or similar sales‑intelligence platforms) – a plus.
