Remote Corporate Trainer – Learning & Development

About the role

Viva is looking for a Remote Corporate Trainer to design and deliver learning experiences for Executive Assistants across Latin America. You will help our talent become AI‑savvy professionals ready to support fast‑growing startups in the U.S. and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live training sessions, simulations, role‑plays and 1:1 coaching to prepare Executive Assistants for client assignments.
• Design, update and maintain curricula, rubrics, playbooks and other instructional materials aligned with Viva’s processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth staffing, onboarding and performance monitoring of talent.
• Leverage AI tools daily, coach EAs on AI adoption, and implement automations to scale learning and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, instructional design, L&D or coaching.
• Fluent English (C2) – written and spoken, with engaging communication style.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier or similar LMS platforms.
• Data‑driven mindset: ability to extract insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Proactive, structured and high‑ownership attitude.
