Remote Delphi Developer

About the role

Join BairesDev as a Delphi Developer and work remotely on desktop and enterprise applications. You will help design, build, and maintain high‑quality software solutions for a global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Delphi applications and reusable components.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to best‑practice development standards.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in existing applications.
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement software solutions.
• Support ongoing maintenance and enhancement of Delphi systems.
• Document code and contribute to technical specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Delphi development.
• Strong knowledge of Object Pascal and the Delphi IDE.
• Experience working with databases and writing SQL queries.
• Solid understanding of software development principles.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
