About the role
We are seeking a proactive Remote Executive Assistant to support our Director of Client Relations and Director of Business Development. The role is fully remote and involves high‑level administrative and strategic assistance, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external clients.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑level administrative support to senior leadership, managing calendars, communications, and meeting logistics.
- Anticipate executive needs, prioritize tasks, and follow through with high quality.
- Act as liaison between leadership, internal stakeholders, and external clients.
- Conduct market research, prospect identification, and canvassing to support business development initiatives.
- Prepare reports, track metrics, and maintain documentation in CRM systems.
- Support client engagement initiatives, including follow‑ups and deliverables.
- Identify risks, opportunities, or process improvements and escalate appropriately.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 + years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leaders.
- Fluent English (C1 level).
- Proactive, forward‑thinking with strong communication skills.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms; GoHighLevel preferred.
