Remote Inside Sales Representative / Business Development Manager

About the role

Central Business Solutions Inc. is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative / Business Development Manager to drive growth of its IT consulting, staffing, healthcare staffing, AI recruitment, and automation solutions. The position is fully remote, serving U.S.-based clients while operating from anywhere in Colombia.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
• Promote CBSInfosys services including IT staffing, healthcare staffing, software development, AI recruitment solutions, and sales automation platforms.
• Identify client hiring needs, schedule meetings with decision‑makers, and advance prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Maintain and update CRM records, manage follow‑ups, and track pipeline health.
• Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to align solutions with client requirements.
• Support marketing and outbound campaigns for products such as Job360.io, SkillExam, and MySalesDialer.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inside sales, business development, staffing sales, or IT services sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience working with U.S. clients is preferred.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Fluent English communication.
