Remote IT Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Remote IT Administrator to manage and support our organization’s IT operations entirely online. You will ensure system security, accessibility, and functionality while assisting remote team members across different regions.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and remove user accounts, emails, permissions, and software access for new hires and departing employees.
• Provide day‑to‑day technical support for devices, software, VPN, printers, internet connectivity, and collaboration tools.
• Administer and audit user accounts on cloud platforms, ensuring compliance with IT policies.
• Track and manage hardware and software inventory, including procurement, remote delivery, and vendor coordination.
• Monitor endpoint security, enforce remote security practices, and assist with security audits.
• Maintain comprehensive IT documentation, SOPs, ticket logs, and generate support and asset reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of IT support or system administration experience, preferably remote.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
