About the role
We are looking for experienced remote IT professionals to provide hands‑on troubleshooting and support for Microsoft‑based environments. The role involves diagnosing hardware and software issues, maintaining Windows systems, and assisting clients through remote channels.
Key responsibilities
- Install and update software, drivers, and Windows updates.
- Perform system diagnostics, file backup and restore, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Configure and support printers, network devices, and VPN connections.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and user accounts, including MFA.
- Provide remote assistance for Windows 10/11, Windows Server, and related services.
Required profile
- Strong troubleshooting mindset with attention to detail.
- Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Required skills
- Windows 10, Windows 11, basic Windows Server administration.
- Microsoft 365 and Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID) management.
- PowerShell, DISM, CHKDSK, SFC, Event Viewer, Reliability Monitor, Task Manager.
- IP configuration, DNS, VPN, router and firewall basics.
- BIOS/UEFI, SSD/NVMe, peripheral and printer setup.
- Outlook, Office/365 apps, Excel, Word, Dropbox, OneDrive, Chrome, Edge.
- Antivirus/endpoint protection, malware remediation, phishing awareness.
