Remote Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Remote Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales and marketing team. Working from anywhere, you will help create new business opportunities by identifying prospects, initiating contact, and setting qualified appointments for our sales representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential leads across multiple geographies using online tools, cold calling and social media.
• Reach out to prospects via phone, email and other channels to introduce our services.
• Qualify leads by assessing needs, budget and interest level.
• Develop deep product knowledge to communicate value effectively.
• Schedule appointments and ensure smooth hand‑offs to sales staff.
• Maintain accurate records in ActiveCampaign CRM and StaffCom software.
• Follow up with prospects, nurture relationships and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet appointment and sales targets.
• Track activities and results, producing regular reports and improvement suggestions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing or similar roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Persistence, organization and the ability to handle rejection positively.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital tools.
• Adaptable to changing strategies and processes.
