Remote Litigation Paralegal (Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the role

Join a leading remote legal staffing platform and work directly with top U.S. law firms on active litigation matters. This fully remote position allows you to apply your paralegal expertise from anywhere while supporting attorneys in English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery responses, legal correspondence, case summaries, and other litigation documents.
• Organize evidence, manage case files, review records, coordinate deadlines, and assist attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle.
• Support discovery and legal research, including document review, case law analysis, and preparation of exhibits, witness materials, and trial documents.
• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, court staff, opposing counsel, and internal teams in both English and Spanish.

Required profile

• Full professional fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Proven experience as a litigation paralegal, legal assistant, case manager, or similar legal support role.
• Strong legal drafting abilities with meticulous attention to formatting, accuracy, and deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast‑paced, fully remote environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with U.S. litigation processes and court filing systems.
• Experience with legal practice management software such as Clio, MyCase, Filevine, Lawmatics, Litify, or PracticePanther.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suite.
• Comfort with Windows 11 or macOS Monterey, including security tools like BitLocker, Windows Defender, FileVault, SIP, and antivirus solutions.
