Remote Logistics Analyst

About the role

As a Logistics Analyst you will oversee the end‑to‑end hardware supply chain for a global technology services firm. Working remotely, you will ensure that procurement, shipping, warranty, and retrieval processes are efficient, cost‑effective, and compliant with internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Process shipping requests using Jira and update inventory records in SAP.
• Manage hardware requests, warranties, and renewals across multiple business units.
• Analyze inventory data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and service improvements.
• Create and track retrieval requests for returned or decommissioned assets.
• Coordinate international shipments and work with courier partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or procurement.
• Background handling hardware, physical assets, or inventory management.
• Experience with ticketing systems or operational workflow tools.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Excel (or Google Sheets) for data analysis.
• SAP for inventory management.
• Jira for request tracking.
