Remote Production Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Production Assistant to empower small businesses by managing end‑to‑end event operations. You will work fully remotely, supporting our boutique agency’s mission to deliver white‑glove operational services to startups.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full event pipeline: respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and proposals, send contracts, issue invoices and manage follow‑ups.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event lifecycle.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, contractors and third‑party partners to ensure seamless logistics.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including calendars, inboxes, contracts, proposals, quotes and invoices.
• Monitor and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in event coordination or event operations (full lifecycle, not day‑of only).
• 2+ years of experience working with clients in the US, UK, Canada or Australia.
• Strong administrative foundation with proactive, detail‑oriented work habits.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
