Remote Web Developer (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Web Developer based in LATAM to design, develop, and maintain web applications for U.S. clients. This fully remote position requires expertise in both front‑end and back‑end technologies and a strong focus on performance and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high‑quality user experiences.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across different browsers and devices.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging web technologies and trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional web development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Required skills

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Front‑end frameworks: React, Vue, or Angular
• Back‑end technologies: Node.js, Python, PHP, or Ruby on Rails
• Database systems: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Version control with Git
• Experience with APIs and cloud platforms

What we offer

• Compensation ranging from $2,000 to $6,000 USD per month, based on experience.
