Restaurant Acquisition Associate – Bogotá

About the role

Picnic is looking for a dynamic Restaurant Acquisition Associate to join our Bogotá office. You will be the front‑line champion for expanding our curated corporate delivery platform by bringing new restaurant partners on board.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, strategic email campaigns and social media outreach to identify potential restaurant partners.
• Deliver compelling pitches to restaurant owners and decision‑makers, clearly communicating the benefits of joining Picnic’s platform.
• Collaborate with internal restaurant relations and other corporate teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Analyze competitive US markets, identify gaps in cuisine offerings and help shape market‑entry strategies.
• Represent Picnic’s brand, building lasting relationships with diverse culinary partners.

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship‑building abilities with both internal teams and external hospitality partners.
• Resilient, competitive attitude and a positive outlook on rejection.
• Prior experience in food‑tech, hospitality or corporate catering is a plus.
