Restaurant Host – Cartagena

About the role

The Host welcomes guests and clients to the restaurant, assists with table coordination, and manages reservations. The role focuses on delivering efficient, courteous, and professional service to ensure maximum guest satisfaction while adhering to Four Seasons policies.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and seat them according to reservations and preferences.
• Set up the host stand, review reservation books, and make seating recommendations while maintaining Four Seasons service standards.
• Manage guest and client reservations, providing information about the restaurant and other hotel services.
• Anticipate guest needs, answer questions or resolve issues, and recognize regular guests by name.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience as a host/hostess or cashier.
• Knowledge of payment processing systems.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
