Restoration Production Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Restoration Production Manager to lead our restoration projects and production crews. In this front‑line management position you will drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational excellence for property disaster restoration services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the overall customer experience and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Develop project scopes, review estimates and negotiate approvals.
• Schedule crews, subcontractors and resources to deliver services on active projects.
• Coordinate production activities, oversee safe work practices and risk management.
• Maintain documentation, job files and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Control production expenses, equipment and material assets.
