Restoration Technician

About the role

As a Restoration Technician you will be the first on the scene, providing excellent customer service while helping people and businesses recover from fire, water, mold or biohazard incidents. You will work with a team to secure damaged property, perform demolition, drying, cleaning and rebuilding to restore properties to their original condition.

Key responsibilities

• Perform mitigation services for customers who have suffered property losses due to fire, water, mold, or biohazards.
• Communicate clearly with the Crew Chief and Production Manager, following directions and keeping everyone informed.
• Identify safety hazards and follow control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers.
• Set up staging areas and equipment for each project, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment.
• Perform end‑of‑day and end‑of‑job breakdown and cleanup, leaving the job site orderly.
• Protect and use equipment and materials properly.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic, high energy, and a positive team attitude.
• Desire to learn and develop knowledge and skills.
• Experience in demolition, construction, industrial cleaning, or restoration.
• Experience in infection control cleaning is helpful.
• Ability to work nights and weekends in a bonus‑paid on‑call rotation.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and dependable transportation.
• Effective verbal communication.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions.
• Physical ability to routinely lift 50–100 lb, access tight spaces, and use personal protective equipment.
