About the role

The Retail Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local retailers, ensuring EZVIZ’s smart security products are well‑positioned and promoted across key retail channels in Colombia.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for category managers and buyers at local retailers, negotiating floor space, shelf placement and promotional opportunities.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans (JBP) with major DIY/home‑improvement chains such as Homecenter, Easy, and Constructor.
  • Analyze weekly sell‑in and sell‑out data, monitor inventory levels and design localized promotional activities to drive sell‑out.
  • Conduct regular store visits, supervise in‑store promoters and coordinate the rollout of new product displays.
  • Manage the channel budget, including rebates and marketing funds, and ensure accurate execution of commercial agreements.

Required profile

  • 3‑5 years of experience in retail or key account management, preferably within the Colombian market.
  • Background in home‑center or major DIY/home‑improvement retail environments.
  • Native Spanish speaker with professional English proficiency for reporting.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to cities such as Bogotá, Medellín, and Cali.

  • Data analysis using Excel.
  • Relationship‑building and stakeholder management.
