Retail Solutions Consultant

About the role

We are a fast‑growing SaaS company looking for a Retail Solutions Consultant to join our LATAM team on an independent‑contractor basis. You will manage a portfolio of retail and supply‑chain customers across Colombia, Mexico and the wider region, helping them adopt our product, realize value and stay engaged over the long term.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a book of business: conduct regular check‑ins, QBRs and strategic planning sessions, monitor product usage and identify risks or expansion opportunities.
• Lead end‑to‑end customer onboarding and ensure smooth go‑lives by coordinating with Technical Account Managers, engineers and other cross‑functional teams.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities, partner with Sales and focus on measurable outcomes and ROI.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support and Data teams to turn customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, share updates via Slack and provide leadership with clear metrics on customer health and risks.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in Customer Success or Project Management at a SaaS company.
• Hands‑on retail operations experience (inventory planning, demand forecasting, replenishment, pricing or promotions).
• Bachelor’s degree required; Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Native‑level Spanish and fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to juggle priorities across teams.

• Advanced Excel.
• SQL (plus).
• HubSpot CRM.
