RevOps Solutions Architect

About the role

Go Nimbly is a remote-first company helping high-growth companies drive more revenue through frictionless, human buying experiences. As a RevOps Solutions Architect you join the Delivery team and work with RevOps Consultants, Program Managers, Developers and Analysts to build solutions and technology roadmaps. You act as subject matter expert on scoping, discovery, diagnosis, design and architecture decisions, including where generative AI can improve operations and go-to-market motions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery and scoping so work is estimated accurately before it starts.
• Connect GTM systems through custom code, integrations or iPaaS platforms such as Workato, Make or n8n.
• Identify where AI and agents add value, building workflows that turn GTM data into insights while respecting data privacy, security and compliance.
• Diagnose fragmented or broken GTM systems and own fixes from root cause to shipped solution.
• Advise clients on when to buy an existing tool versus build custom, and present solutions to client teams.
• Define architecture principles and standards, and justify design decisions to internal teams and executive stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor the team, and keep up with the latest tech and AI releases.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Sales Ops, Marketing Ops or Business Systems, with fluency across the others.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and declarative automation.
• Track record of fixing fragmented GTM systems and delivering to shipped solutions.
• Able to lead internal and client teams and explain technical decisions to technical and non-technical audiences; experience in lean and agile delivery.
• Genuine point of view on AI and agents in RevOps, mindful of data governance, PII and compliance.

Required skills

• Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo or similar CRM/marketing platforms.
• Data modeling and integration design across the tech stack.
• Custom code, integrations and iPaaS platforms such as Workato, Make or n8n.
• Bonus: Certified Salesforce Application Architect or Systems Architect certification.

• Base salary of $140,000 to $160,000 USD, with a tiered bonus of up to 22% of base salary.
