Sales Assistant

About the role

Virtual Emily Staffing is seeking a proactive Sales Assistant to support its fast‑growing remote staffing business. You will work directly with the CEO, helping to execute both inbound and outbound sales strategies while gaining hands‑on experience in lead generation and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Run outbound campaigns using LinkedIn, email and automation tools.
• Answer inbound calls, qualify leads and book meetings.
• Coordinate AI‑driven outbound calling sequences.
• Maintain CRM data, update the sales pipeline and track KPIs.
• Build lead lists with the Virtual LeadGen system.
• Support conferences and networking events.
• Assist with follow‑up, messaging and nurturing of leads.
• Book free‑trial interviews with the HR Business Partner.
• Prepare call briefs for the CEO/Closer before discovery calls.

Required profile

• Strong communicator with C1‑level English.
• Confident on the phone and comfortable speaking with CEOs.
• Organized, fast‑moving and proactive.
• Able to manage LinkedIn outreach and email sequences.
• Comfortable using CRM tools such as HubSpot or GoHighLevel.
• Enjoys networking, attending events and supporting sales teams.
• Tech‑savvy with automation, scraping and AI calling tools.
• Motivated to grow into a Business Developer or Sales Representative role.
