Sales Controlling Analyst

About the role

The Sales Controlling Analyst will provide accurate and timely financial and business analysis to support commercial decisions, budgeting, forecasting, and investments. Acting as a trusted partner for sales and business units, the analyst ensures compliance and drives data‑based decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Finance business partner and support commercial decisions for Emerging Channels.
• Challenge business assumptions, develop alternative scenarios, and educate partners on financial concepts, profitability, and compliance.
• Monitor financial performance metrics of sales and customer investments against budget and prepare monthly financial reports and analysis.
• Participate in forecast processes, anticipate risks and opportunities, and develop action plans to achieve budget targets.
• Collaborate with commercial, supply chain, shopper, RGM, and trade marketing teams to enable optimal business decisions.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in Sales and Finance teams.
• Ensure compliance, monitor SOX controls, and follow up on required actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Finance (sales controlling, marketing controlling, FP&A, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced level of English.
