Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound sales efforts and generate qualified opportunities for our sales team. As the first point of contact with prospective customers, you will play a pivotal role in building our pipeline through multi‑channel outreach and strategic prospecting.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Conduct outreach via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers across target accounts.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Build and manage outreach sequences using CRM and sales automation tools.
• Collaborate with Account Executives by providing context on prospect needs and opportunities.
• Meet weekly and monthly activity and pipeline targets.

Required profile

• Experience in SDR, business development, or outbound sales roles.
• Background in B2B SaaS or technology sales preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections.
• Goal‑oriented, organized, and self‑motivated.
• Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM and outbound automation tools.
• Experience with platforms such as Attio, Clay, Instantly, or similar.
