Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing international team. The role is fully remote and focuses on building strong B2B client relationships while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing B2B accounts.
• Conduct high‑volume outbound calls (40+ calls/day) to drive engagement and sales.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within the client base.
• Build strong, long‑term relationships with customers.
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue and performance targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or B2B sales.
• Proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong experience with outbound calling and phone‑based sales.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1+ level, near‑native preferred).
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results‑oriented.

Required skills

• Salesforce (preferred CRM tool).
