Sales Development Representative

About the role

Soutec LLC is seeking a full‑time Sales Development Representative to drive growth by connecting U.S. IT companies with its solutions. This is a 12‑month extendable remote contract focused on outbound prospecting and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified first‑time appointments with U.S.‑based IT firms, MSPs, VARs and systems integrators.
• Make 80–100 cold‑call outreach attempts per day and complement calls with LinkedIn and email sequencing.
• Identify and qualify decision‑makers, clearly communicate the value proposition, and move leads through the top‑of‑funnel process.
• Maintain rigorous CRM discipline, logging activities and updating lead status in Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Collaborate remotely with U.S. teams, ensuring alignment on targets and messaging.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in cold calling and B2B sales.
• Fluent English (C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience working remotely with U.S.‑based teams.
• Ability to follow a structured sales process and meet daily activity targets.
