Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to support our client’s nationwide technology and managed‑print solutions business. The role focuses on generating qualified opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and assisting the sales team with proposals and contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Book meetings and discovery calls with prospective clients.
• Prepare and assist with sales proposals, contracts, and supporting documentation.
• Manage customer relationships and provide ongoing account support.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, prospects, and opportunities in the CRM.
• Respond promptly to email and phone inquiries from customers and prospects.
• Conduct research on target companies, industries, and potential business opportunities.
• Analyze sales performance and customer behavior data to identify trends.
• Create reports and present findings to support business‑development initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client onboarding and account success.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales support, business development, customer service, or a related role within IT, technology, or print.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work in a fast‑paced environment, and work independently in a remote setting.
• Availability to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
