Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join graph8’s outbound team. The SDR will generate sales conversations, manage the pre‑sales pipeline and book discovery calls for our clients using omnichannel outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Run email, cold‑calling and LinkedIn campaigns targeting a defined ideal customer profile.
• Generate leads and opportunities based on market signals and prospect into various buyer personas.
• Personalise outreach across channels to maximise conversion and schedule discovery calls for the sales team.
• Test new outreach strategies, analyse campaign performance and share insights with the team.
• Maintain a clean, up‑to‑date CRM with all touches, dispositions and next steps logged daily.
• Collaborate continuously with peers to exchange learnings and improve meeting conversion rates.

Required profile

• Previous SDR or BDR experience running outbound campaigns in the US or international markets.
• Advanced spoken English (C1+) and professional Spanish for LATAM accounts.
• Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections without a script.
• Critical thinker, self‑starter, detail‑oriented and highly organised.
• Resilient under pressure with a go‑get‑er attitude and strong teamwork spirit.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using sales engagement platforms and multichannel sequencing tools.
• Familiarity with prospecting/enrichment tooling and data‑hygiene workflows.
• Strong spreadsheet skills.
