Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities for Sumsub worldwide, with a particular focus on the Colombian market. You will work remotely, engaging prospects through outreach, qualification and appointment setting to support our sales team. You will collaborate closely with account executives to ensure a smooth hand‑off of qualified opportunities and continuously refine outreach strategies based on performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients across target industries.
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone and social channels.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging.
• Track outreach performance and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English (and preferably Spanish).
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proven ability to meet outreach targets and manage a pipeline.
• Interest in fintech, compliance and fraud‑prevention solutions.
• Demonstrated resilience and ability to handle rejection.
