About the role
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Colombia. If you’re confident on the phone, great at building relationships, and motivated by finding and creating new business opportunities, we want to hear from you!
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads.
- Qualify prospects and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Follow up consistently and turn conversations into opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to drive growth.
Required profile
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience in sales, B2B, business development, or lead generation.
- Strong communication and cold‑calling skills.
- Proactive, goal‑oriented, and results‑driven mindset.
- Preferred experience in transportation, logistics, drayage, FTL, or LTL.
