About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to support a fast‑growing client in the family services industry. The role offers flexible scheduling with part‑time or full‑time options and combines a base salary with commission.
Key responsibilities
- Run daily outbound campaigns, managing high‑volume calls and follow‑ups to prospect new leads.
- Connect with, filter, and qualify potential leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Create high‑value opportunities for the closing team to drive revenue.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly performance targets aligned with KPI expectations.
Required profile
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- High energy, grit and resilience to handle large call volumes.
- Commission‑driven mindset with a strong desire to maximize earnings.
