Sales Development Representative – Remote (Colombia)

About the role

Join Porch Group’s Inspection & Real Estate unit as a Sales Development Representative. You will focus on outbound outreach to introduce multiple SaaS platforms that serve the home‑inspection market, working remotely from Colombia and collaborating closely with Account Executives, sales leadership, and marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business through mass communication channels such as email, SMS, and phone.
• Support the sales team with outbound strategies and lead‑generation initiatives.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers, qualifying leads for the sales team.
• Implement creative engagement tactics to build rapport with prospects.
• Manage prospect data in the CRM, ensuring all communications are logged accurately.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of telemarketing or inside B2B sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, driven, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in lead generation and meeting activity quotas.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
• Coachability and willingness to adapt based on feedback.
• Ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
