Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

Emapta Colombia is recruiting a Sales Development Representative for a US financial advisory firm that specializes in quality of earnings, lending solutions and business acquisitions. The role is day-shift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM US Eastern Time, weekends off), fully remote, and offers exposure to global clients and career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Research prospective clients and build targeted contact lists for the US financial services industry.
• Make high-volume outbound cold calls and send targeted emails to find decision-makers.
• Qualify opportunities and schedule qualified meetings with the firm's founder.
• Record prospect interactions and follow-ups in the CRM or designated spreadsheets and track outreach results.

Required profile

• More than 5 years of experience as an SDR or BDR, including high-volume outbound cold calling.
• Strong written and verbal English, with the ability to engage US financial professionals.
• Preferred: experience in banking, lending, accounting or financial services.

Required skills

• Prospect research, lead qualification and appointment setting.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and familiarity with AI tools.
