Sales Development Representative – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

WorkBetterNow is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to join its remote LATAM team. You will generate new business opportunities, qualify leads, and schedule meetings that feed the sales pipeline for US‑based clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Research target accounts, identify decision‑makers, and qualify prospects using BANT criteria.
• Schedule discovery meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM and track outreach metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting.

Required profile

• 2+ years of proven experience in sales development, prospecting, or lead qualification.
• Fluent professional English (C1/C2) and native or strong Spanish.
• Residence in Colombia, LATAM, or the Caribbean.
• Demonstrated stability, commitment, and eagerness for career growth.
