Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

As a Sales Development Representative you will drive growth by creating new business conversations and opening doors with prospective clients. You will engage decision‑makers, understand their staffing challenges and present our outsourcing solutions in a persuasive, consultative manner.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach and networking.
• Build relationships with prospects, qualify leads and guide them through the sales process.
• Schedule and conduct discovery calls, prepare proposals and follow up to close new business.
• Maintain accurate client and opportunity data in the CRM and meet monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, business development, account management or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Proven ability to generate new business and close sales, self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
• Strong communication skills in English (C1 proficiency) and confidence speaking with business owners and decision‑makers.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
