About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate outbound opportunities for construction and software‑enabled commercial services. As the first point of contact, you will initiate conversations, qualify early interest, and help build a predictable pipeline for the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Execute high‑volume outbound outreach (150+ cold calls per day) via phone, email, SMS, and LinkedIn.
- Introduce construction and software‑enabled service solutions to commercial prospects across franchise, retail, QSR, and enterprise segments.
- Identify and engage general contractors, property owners, franchise operators, and other commercial decision‑makers.
- Run top‑of‑funnel conversations, qualify fit, and hand off qualified opportunities to the sales team.
- Research companies, markets, and decision‑makers to build and maintain prospect lists aligned with the ideal customer profile.
- Log activity, notes, and lead status accurately in the CRM and track daily/weekly metrics.
- Collaborate with sales to ensure clean handoffs and aligned pipeline priorities.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, prospecting, or SDR roles.
- Comfort with cold calling and multi‑channel outreach at high volume.
- Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2 level).
- Strong research ability to identify decision‑makers and understand commercial buying contexts.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced growth environment.
