Sales Development Representative – US Design Industry

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify new business opportunities for Dukerenders in the US design market. The role focuses on building relationships with interior designers and design studios, booking discovery calls and moving qualified leads into the sales pipeline. Candidates must be fluent in English and comfortable working US time zones, while being based in Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain lead lists of US interior designers, from boutique studios to mid‑size firms.
• Execute outbound outreach sequences using email, LinkedIn and cold calls.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on project volume, style fit, timeline, budget and decision process.
• Schedule discovery calls and ensure smooth hand‑off to senior sales staff.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including stages, next steps and notes.
• Track weekly KPIs such as activities, meetings booked, qualified opportunities and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, SDR/BDR or a customer‑facing commercial role.
• Experience selling to design‑adjacent industries (interior design, architecture, furniture, real‑estate, lighting, etc.).
• Proven ability to prospect outbound and consistently book meetings.
• Native‑level or near‑native English with confidence conducting live calls with US clients.
• Willingness to work at least partially overlapping US business hours.
